[isabelle-dev] Transfer for 'a => 'a => bool vs. ('a * 'a) set

The attached example (written against 9bd56f2e4c10) shows how transfer
is able to absorb the ancient set-to-pred and vice versa conversion of
inductive_set.

This might become relevant at a future stage (although some bootstrap
issues would have to be sorted out for that, of course).
