isatest is back testing http://isabelle.in.tum.de/repos/isabelle

isabelle-release is back at the merge point 748778ac0ab8

So we are mostly back to normal, after this extra diversion of another 
release, hopefully a truely stable one.

We are still waiting for full synchronisations of the mirrors, before 
Isabelle2013-2 can be announced officially.
