In Isabelle/e77baf329f48 the build process is now included in the regular
isabelle jedit startup script. The Netbeans project configuration has
been discontinued, with great simplification of the source tree.

The above explanation still holds, but the whole works more smoothly.
There are also some extra build options, notably -b and -f (see usage).

Any accumulated jedit-4.3.2-* directories in jedit_build-20110521/ can be
deleted. It will now be done in-place in src/Tools/jEdit/dist/

It is important to purge any old versions of the jedit component from
etc/settings and etc/components.
