[isabelle-dev] [isabelle] Countable instantiation addition

This is definitely a useful tool for ImperativeHOL ... One could 
probably integrate
it into the datatype package, such that datatypes automatically become 
countable (like Haskell infers some typeclasses automatically (on demand))
