[isabelle-dev] sporadic failures of AFP tests

Are you referring to

*** Failed to prepare dependency graph

This is the response if some file was not created. Which indicates that
something might be amiss on the system level. This error first occured a
few months ago. After a week or two it went away. Now it is back. I
don't believe that the sysadmins keep changing to latex environment back
and forth, but I don't know what it is.
