Everything is finished and published. Isabelle/7c3c7e030c7d is a merge of 
isabelle-release + isabelle-dev: that also means that incidents on 
isabelle-dev exposed now might indicate a remaining problem on isabelle-release.

We now have approx. 10 days until the final and unchangeable Isabelle2026 
release. I hope that the situation remains as stable and settled as it appears 
right now ...
