I just wanted to confirm that the purpose of Solve_Code is to produce a
Haskell executable (that implements an algorithm that was formalized in
the AFP entry). Or as you put it yourself:

    The abstract application I see here is: use Isabelle to produce some
    executable in Haskell (or OCaml, or Scala, or SML).
