Just to make it clear, this distinction is extinct since approx. 2009.
What remains is a quite mechanical and straightforward cleanup of
various accumulated input abbreviations.

Syntax problems like »setsum {x. case x of (xa, y) => … y … xs }« etc. I
am also inclined to put aside at the moment.
