[isabelle-dev] Towards the Isabelle2014 release

Some concrete moves are slowly starting ...

I am about to update the website, such that Isabelle2014-RC0 can be 
published with an approximation of the one for the coming release.

The website repository 
https://bitbucket.org/isabelle_project/isabelle-website after the current 
change d8d16bd1a839 is semantically meant for Isabelle2014.

Accidental updates of the still current website for Isabelle2013-2 need to 
be avoided!  From now on, it is de-facto in frozen state.
