* Moved new (co)datatype package and its dependencies from "HOL-BNF" to "HOL".
  The "bnf", "wrap_free_constructors", "datatype_new", "codatatype",
  "primrec_new", "primcorec", and "primcorecursive" command are now part of
  "Main".
