[isabelle-dev] Towards the next release

In approx. two weeks I plan to be in Garching and distill a working plan
there, containing
* still things to polish for sets
(https://isabelle.in.tum.de/community/Having_%27a_set_back), to let
users benefit from the new situation as much as possible
* state of alternative numeral representation
(https://isabelle.in.tum.de/community/Numerals) – I am still optimistic
that this can make it into the next release, although a lot of things
which can be improved then compared to what is now will have to wait.
* various cleanups, e.g. set/pred relations, HOL-Import, code
generation, enriched type (don't know how far I can get with that).
