[isabelle-dev] NEWS and CONTRIBUTORS

Dear Isabelle developers,

we are now heading towards the next Isabelle release.

Since Isabelle 2008 a lot of changes and improvements have found their
way into the sources.  For this reason I would kindly invite you all to
update the NEWS and CONTRIBUTORS in the root of the repository to
document everything relevant.
