* Power operations on relations and functions are now one dedicate
constant compow with infix syntax "^^".  Power operations on
multiplicative monoids retains syntax "^" and is now defined generic in
class recpower; class power disappeared.  INCOMPATIBILITY.


NOTE: This needs not to be the last word on this issue and is still open
for discussion; the existence of class recpower is only an intermediate
phenomenon -- it shall disappear entirely, turning power "^" into an
operation on arbitrary multiplicative monoids.
